Donor female had basal cell skin cancer at age 38. This is a type of cancer believed to be caused solely by sun exposure. Donor (mom) also was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis at age 39. This is controlled with medication without disability. Donor's maternal grandfather was diagnosed with Stage IV Multiple Myeloma at age ~52. Donor's paternal grandfather was diagnosed with Stage IV gastric cancer at age ~50. Donor's paternal grandmother was diagnosed with early stage breast cancer at age ~65, and with early stage colon cancer at age ~75. She remains living, independent and active at age 95. Donor's maternal grandmother is living, independent and active at age 90. Both donors parents are alive and without acute medical issues in their mid to late 60's.
Donor male's father has obesity and hypertension.
