Anything else would you like to mention about your family medical history to the
Adoptive parent

Both sets of our parents are alive and active, and healthy for their age, currently in their 70s. Our children were all very healthy in utero; it was the strain of carrying triplets that affected mom's health and resulted in the need for their premature birth. The vast majority of any issues they deal with today is the direct or indirect result of them being born at 25 weeks. We have had genetic testing for one of the boys and there were no significant results.

Anything else would you like to mention about your talents, skills, interests

I (mom) play several different instruments (including woodwinds, brass, percussion) and music has always been an important part of my life. Most of my family enjoy hiking, camping, and water sports. I enjoyed playing sports as a kid but did not continue at the collegiate level. I am an odd combination of artsy and nerdy, enjoying both dance and robotics club, softball and computer programming.

I (dad) play several different instruments (brass, guitar, piano) and music has always been a part of my life growing up. While no one in my parents' generation seemed musical, those in my grandparents's generation were. I generally like indoor activities. I am very creative and have a good imagination. I enjoy listening to a wide variety of music, and learning random trivia about musicians, sports, and anything, really.
