Dear Parents, My name is Elizabeth Hurtado, I am 39 years old. I want to thank you for the opportunity to take time to learn a little bit about me. I understand that considering Embryo adoption is a deeply meaningful journey. I would like to describe myself as a thoughtful, caring, understanding, and very loving person. I was born In Lowell Massachusetts in 1986, with a twin sister older than me, we are 45 seconds apart, and we are very close. My sister is my best friend. I’m also an aunt of three loving children, and a god mother of two. I grew up with unconditional love from both of my parents. We are a small family of 5, here in United States. My background is Colombian, my extended family lives in Colombia South America. I live in a small town where I grew up knowing my lovely neighbors. My Support system I can say is gratefully huge and above of all my family is the most important thing to me. The opportunity to grow my own family would be a dream come true. My Journey to parenthood started I believe when I was a young girl, I was always taking care of my dolls, and pets. I have always felt a huge natural motherly instinct deep within. To this day I am chasing the dream of being a mom. I live with the hope and perseverance that I will be one day. I will feel blessed to be a mother. My everyday life consists of working, spending time with my family, and friends. My mother owns a company that provides care to disabled people. I work with this company for 20 years. I can say that I’m very patient and nurturing. I’m also a cosmetologist, I love both of my careers, and I’m grateful to have them. Some of my hobbies are going outdoors, whether it be going swimming or to the beach with my family. I’m a true beach baby growing up in Florida. I also enjoy going on outings to try new food, my favorite is Italian food. I also enjoy painting and drawing, I find it very therapeutic. I’m committed to raising a child with morals, values, and true love. If you were to choose me as the future mother of your embryo, you can rest assure that the baby will be deeply cherished. I will give my all and more to raise a child that is valued. I would love my child to grow up knowing they are secure and loved I would like to mention that I would like my child to know their origins, and how this story started. I’m very interested in semi open adoption, it will be an honor to pass down the appreciation I would feel for such an amazing gift of life. I have done various procedures including IUI’s and IVF. Unfortunately I haven’t reached my goal yet, due to this this process being trying, and expensive for a single women, and trying to be a single mom by choice. This has shaped me to be stronger person. Unfortunately I have not found a life partner that shares the same values and morals I have. I never wanted to settle for someone that didn’t have that right state mind, or maturity to be the father role to a child. The idea of being a mother to an adopted embryo is something truly beautiful to me. I appreciate this opportunity whole heartedly, no matter your decision my sincere gratitude to both of you, who also went through this journey. I thank you from the bottom of my heart, for considering me to be a part of this new path, towards parenthood. I commend you on making such as selfless act of love that can change a life forever.
