We have an adventurous three year-old son who loves the sunshine, playing sports, visits to the parks, and splashing around at the pool or beach. He is a fearless, energetic little boy with a heart full of adventure and a mind that dreams in superhero stories. Dressed in his spiderman suit (which he insists gives him real powers), he's always ready to leap into action. Fire trucks captivate his imagination, and he says one day he wants to be a real fire fighter. He admires their bravery, often practicing his own daring "rescues" around the house-whether it is extinguishing pretend fires or making sure everyone is safe. With a big heart and a bigger imagination, he believes in helping others just like his favorite heroes. He's the first to offer to a hug, share a toy, or lend a helping hand. his adventures spirit combined with his loved for spiderman and fire fighters, makes him a little boy who sees the world as a place of excitement, bravery and endless possibilities.

INTRO LETTER
Hi we are [Her name] and [His name], our Journey to parenthood has been one of hope, resilience, deep longing, and one miracle. Infertility has tested us in ways we never could have imagined. I was diagnosed with PCOS at a very young age and through my early teenage years I was getting very large ovarian cysts which led my mom and I to have a very serious conversation about future pregnancies. I remember that conversation like it was yesterday and the wave of emotions that followed. All I ever wanted was to be a mom and hearing I may never be able to have a child due to possibility of removing my ovaries, haunted me for years. Early on in our relationship [His name] and I agreed on what we wanted our family picture to look like. We tried for three years to get pregnant under the supervision of a OBGYN who specialized in PCOS and achieving pregnancy. After following all directions, changing habits, and taking all the recommended medications, herbs, and vitamins, we finally decided to seek help from a fertility specialist. After 3 rounds of medication induced IUI we found out we were pregnant with our little miracle. J has been our biggest blessing and being parents is better then we ever imaged it would be. As a family of three we know we are not complete as we have so much more love to give and J “wishes for a baby”. As soon as J turned one we went back to the fertility specialist and started some more medication induced IUI, we completed 5 rounds. Month after month our tests were negative and we were once again met with heartbreak. We then decided to try IVF. We poured our hearts into every step-appointments, treatments, medications, and prayers. We regained our hope as 15 follicles were retrieved, but were devastated once again a few weeks later when our PGT results were back and our remaining blastocytes had genetic abnormalities. We took some time to digest the news, before seeking another specialist. Under our current reproductive Endocrinologist, we tried a few more rounds and 5 more months of heartbreak led us to the decision to adopt embryos.
[His name] and I met 14 years ago while working at an Urgent Care and sharing the same group of colleges who are now our long time friends. Our love story is one of resilience, deep commitment, and an unshakable bond that only grows stronger with time. Like so many couples, we eagerly planned our wedding, envisioning the day we would stand before family and friends to officially begin the next chapter of our lives. But when COVID hit our wedding was postponed, we found something even more meaningful-the undeniable strength of our relationship. Whether it is finding joy in the little moments, or simply knowing we have each other no what, our connection is built on trust, laughter, and an unbreakable foundation of love. While our wedding day will come at its own perfect time, with our kids in attendance, we know that what truly matters isn’t the ceremony itself, but the life we are building together.
In our family, caring for others isn’t just a job-it’s a calling. As two parents working in the healthcare field for 14 years, we’ve dedicated our lives to helping people in their most vulnerable moments. We are both driven by compassion, resilience, and a deep desire to make a difference. [His name] is a Radiologic Technologist for one of the Nations Top Doc Orthopedic Surgeons. I am a Associate Director of Operations for the Surgical Services line, under a National healthcare system. Despite the demands of our careers, family is always at the center if our lives. There is nothing better than coming home to laughter, bedtime stories, and the warmth of togetherness. Our love for what we do in healthcare extends beyond work-it’s shaped who we are as parents. We hope to instill in our children the same values of empathy, dedication, and compassion for making the world a little brighter one act of kindness at a time.
While we are at work, J stays with his Mimi (Grandma). As a previous daycare educator, Mimi and J spend their days exploring, learning new things, and taking day trips to the local kids gyms or parks. Mimi and Pop Pops house is a playground of possibilities which has a mini golf course, tree swings, a pool, and a playground. Inside the playroom is a wonderland of imagination. Shelves lined with toys, books, and games invite the grandkids to create, learn, and play. Mimi loves staying home with grandkids and often helps with all of our friends kids when they are in a bind for childcare.
On our spare time we enjoy time with our family and friends, and spending time outdoors. Most of the time we will be found exploring local parks, beaches, zoos, farmers markets, festivals, and museums. With the hustle of everyday life we have found a piece of paradise at home. We live in a single family 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with an open floor plan, large entertaining areas, and a private fenced in Backyard. We are surrounded by parks, 3 of which we can walk to. The biggest one offers a splash pad, two playgrounds, walking and biking paths, a driving range, dog park, Frisbie golf, and canoe rentals. Our town hosts 4th of July, West Feast, and so many festivals which include endless activities for the kids. We definitely hit the jackpot with the location of our home.
Our family is more than just relatives-we are a close-knit unit, bound by love, laughter, and the joy of spending time together. We’re lucky enough to all live nearby making everyday moments just as special as the big celebrations. The best part is J gets to see grandparents, uncles, aunts, and cousins every week. Whether it’s spontaneous get-togethers, Sunday dinners, holiday traditions, or cheering each other on through life’s milestones we cherish the closeness that keeps us connected. Beyond the holidays, our family shares another cherished tradition- our annual family vacations. Each year we pick two destinations where we can escape the routine and make lasting memories together. Whether it’s a beach retreat, a mountain getaway, or an exciting theme park, these trips are about more than just travel; they are a chance to reconnect, explore, and strengthen the bonds that make our family so special. Through every holiday, every trip, and every ordinary day, we are reminded of how lucky we are to have each other. Our family is our greatest gift.
Our group of friends is an extension of our family that started 12 years ago. No matter how busy life gets, we always make it a priority to come together, ensuring that our friendships remain strong and that our children grow up surrounded by love, laughter, and a true sense of community. Every month we carve out time for much-anticipated get togethers, where the kids run free creating their own little adventures, while the adults catch up over good food, great conversation, and plenty of laughter. Beyond our monthly meetups, we are each others biggest supporters-celebrating birthdays, cheering at sports games, attending school events, and marking every milestone together. No matter what we know this circle of friends will always be there, growing and evolving together, just like the families we built.
Before we close we want to express our deepest gratitude for your incredible generosity in considering embryo donation. While we have not matched yet, knowing there are people like you—willing to share such a precious gift—gives us immense hope for the future. Your selflessness creates possibilities that would otherwise be out of reach for families like ours. It's hard to put into words how much that means. Thank you for being part of this beautiful and deeply meaningful process. No matter the outcome, please know that your kindness does not go unnoticed—it makes the world a better place for all of us longing to grow our families.
Sincerly
REFERENCE LETTER 1
It is my pleasure to write this “Letter of Reference “ for [Her name] and [His name] as they pursue the adoption of an embryo.
I have known [His name] his entire life since he was a newborn, being a close family friend, and also the father of one of [His name] closest friends, watching him close growing up to adulthood.
I must say in my opinion [Her name] and [His name] are excellent candidates for your consideration.
Let me start by saying I believe in “ All behavior is learned”. [His name] was raised by two loving, caring, respectful and responsible parents. His parents demonstrated the values and culture that promoted healthy physical, personal and social development. His parents provided appropriate boundaries and consequences in his development along with having an open mind, fun and laughter.
I say this as [His name] has benefited by these role models to grow up to be a very responsible individual with the environment, experiences and parenting for his developmental growth by his parents.
[His name] has taken those lessons well and with [her name] have replicated a heathy and happy home for their son J. Their strong loving relationship, nurturing and parenting ability can be illustrated just by observing J. You can see that [her name] and [His name] take parenting seriously, fully committed and engaged with their son. Two highly responsible parents demonstrating the financial, emotional and motivation to share their love, home and commitment to raise another child if given the opportunity.
It is without hesitation that I can fully support your positive decision to select [her name] and [His name] for embryo adoption.
REFERENCE LETTER 2
To Whom It May Concern,
I am honored to write this letter in strong support of [Her name] and [His name] as candidates for embryo adoption. I have had the privilege of knowing both of them personally and professionally forover 10 years, and during that time, I have witnessed firsthand the strength of their character, thedepth of their compassion, and the unwavering love they bring to their family life.
[Her name] and [His name] are exceptional individuals—and together, they exemplify what it means to be
a strong, nurturing, and united couple. Their relationship is grounded in mutual respect,
communication, and partnership. Nowhere is this more evident than in their role as parents to
their 3-year-old son, with whom they share a truly special and dynamic bond. Their parenting is
thoughtful, patient, and full of love, and they have created a home environment that fosters
growth, emotional security, and joy.
As a parent myself, I deeply admire the way they raise their son, and I often find myself striving to emulate their approach in my own parenting. Whether it’s the way they balance gentle
discipline with warmth, or how they remain fully engaged and present with their child, they have
set a standard that inspires those around them.
Their home is one filled with laughter, stability, and genuine care. [Her name] and [His name] have
approached the embryo donation process with grace, humility, and gratitude, and I have every
confidence that they are more than prepared—emotionally, mentally, and practically—to
welcome another child into their lives. In fact, from simple date nights to the life-changing moment of childbirth, they were the only ones I trusted to care for my own son. Their presence gave me peace of mind when I needed it most.
With a strong support system, unwavering love for their family, and an incredible amount of
patience and empathy, [Her name] and [His name] would be exceptional recipients of embryo donation. I
wholeheartedly and confidently recommend them for this opportunity.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out if I can offer any additional insight.
REFERENCE LETTER 3
To whom it may concern,
It is with the utmost confidence and heartfelt sincerity that I write this letter in support of [Her name] and [His name] as prospective embryo adoption parents.
I first met [Her name] when I began dating her brother, and over the past 15 years, our relationship grew into one of deep trust and admiration. Becoming part of a new family can be awkward, even overwhelming—but not with her around. From the very first day, my future sister-in-law, [Her name], made it feel like I belonged. With her warmth and genuine care, she turned introductions into friendships and silences into laughter. Some people speak kindness with words; [her name] speaks it through actions. She’s the one who notices when someone’s glass is empty, when a tired parent needs a break, or when a quiet soul in the corner could use some gentle company. She’ll text you just to check in, drop off a meal without being asked, or slip a comforting note into your bag if she senses you're struggling. Her love is quiet but deeply felt.
There’s always laughter echoing from the backyard when she’s around. [Her name] doesn't just "watch" the kids—she joins their world. She becomes a dragon in a game of knights, a customer at the play-dough bakery, or the lead singer in a pretend rock band. She’s the one you’ll find with her sleeves rolled up, crouched in the grass, organizing an impromptu team sport game or building the tallest block tower in the living room. The children love her not just because she plays with them, but because she sees them, listens to them, and makes their wild imaginations feel important. To the rest of us, she's the breath of energy that keeps the house alive. For the kids, she’s magic in motion. Her presence reminds us that play isn’t a distraction—it's how children feel loved, and how memories are made.
[His name] is caring, funny, and a true family man. He loves [Her name] and J with all his heart. He has brought so much fun into our lives. Responsible and full of joy, he’s always a pleasure to have around.
Together they're really dedicated to creating memorable experiences for the kids! Planning big events like the annual Easter egg hunt; making sure each child gets their own basket while hiding hundreds of eggs. They go all out for the kids birthdays, showing how much they care about making special moments. J parties are always a blast with something special for every kid. They truly think of everyone and personalize each party to every child. They are definitely the life of the party, always bringing games to our family vacations, and making sure there is always laughter.
As an expecting parent, I often find myself thinking about the kind of home I want to create for my future son—one filled with warmth, laughter, and a deep sense of belonging. In many ways, I don’t have to imagine it entirely, because I’ve already seen it in the way [Her name] and [His name] live and love.
[Her name] and [His name] are such loving, thoughtful, and compassionate people. Together, they create a warm, stable, and joy-filled home, and I can say without hesitation that any child would be incredibly fortunate to become a part of their family.
