Childhood Memory
One of my favorite childhood memories is performing at end-of-year school events. I was completely into it—memorizing lines, imagining the stage, counting down the days. The night before was always part of the magic, doing a full outfit trial and getting excited over every little detail. During the performance, I’d scan the audience until I found my parents. The moment I saw them, everything clicked, I felt braver, lighter. No matter how big or small my role was, they cheered like it was the biggest show in the world. And then came the best part. After the performance, it turned into a full celebration: my favorite food, my grandparents joining, everyone happy and proud. It always felt like a little festival just for me, and I carried that feeling for days.
One of my favorite childhood memories is spending summers in a small beach town where my grandma had a house. My days were full, we would head to the beach early with friends and family, spending hours in the sun, swimming, playing, and losing track of time. We’d come back home just long enough for a quick dinner, then gather again at our place to keep playing until it got dark. The days felt endless, with no school, no pressure, just pure fun, freedom, and the kind of happiness that came easily.

Job
I feel like I’m already in my dream role, but if I were to add one more, it would be an art gallery—one that not only exhibits work but brings therapists and artists together to offer workshops and classes, creating a safe, creative space where community and mental wellbeing can grow.
My dream job would be building and leading a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting disadvantaged children whom are in need of education and support.
Family Activity
My favorite activities are the ones that seem ordinary but feel deeply special. A perfect one would be a slow Sunday, starting with brunch with family, then spending time at the beach with my husband, just being present and enjoying the moment. We’d come back home, cook together, and end the day with a simple meal, calm music in the background, and meaningful conversation.
A family road trip discovering new restaurants along the way, stopping for hikes or exploring new beaches, with long drives filled with music and meaningful conversations with my wife

Traditions
One of our favorite traditions is something we do around Christmas or New Year. My husband and I sit down together and create a vision board for the year ahead. We reflect on the past year—what worked, what we learned—and then set clear intentions for the new one. We focus on different areas of our lives like career, ambitions, plans, finances, and personal dreams. It’s a very intentional and grounding ritual that helps us align, dream together, and start the year with clarity and purpose.

Things to cook
My favorite things to cook are healthy, balanced bowls with protein, wholesome carbs, and greens all in one. I also love cooking Italian food especially a good pasta, lasagna, and tiramisu. I enjoy making colorful, nutritious salads, and I really like preparing seafood dishes as well.
I enjoy cooking grilled meals, especially beef and salmon paired with vegetables and rice

My dream vacation is in Bali, a place where everything slows down in the best way. I picture quiet mornings surrounded by lush greenery, starting the day with a peaceful coffee and then exploring local yoga studios. It’s a balance of adventure and calm. Some days are for movement: sunrise hikes or time by the ocean while others are about fully unwinding, enjoying long meals, meaningful conversations, and true rest.

INTRO LETTER
Hello and welcome to our story
First and foremost, thank you for considering the decision to donate embryos. It is a meaningful and generous choice that has the potential to change a family’s life in a lasting way. Thank you as well for taking the time to read our profile. We appreciate you being here and considering learning more about us.
We are a married couple with no kids (yet:)). We have been together since 2020 and got married in 2022. We met during the COVID period and went through that uncertain and intense time together, which strengthened our bond early on. It was love at first sight, and we continue to share that same level of connection today. Since our first date, we have looked at each other with the same care and affection, building a relationship that feels like home. After trying to conceive naturally for over two years, we learned that our path to parenthood is shaped by male factor infertility, and I have also been diagnosed with endometriosis, which has been physically challenging over the years.
While this required us to adjust our expectations, it helped us define what matters most to us in building a family. We made a clear and aligned decision not to pursue sperm donation, and instead chose embryo adoption as a path that reflects our values. For us, parenthood is not defined by genetic connection, but by the ability to provide a stable, supportive, and emotionally healthy environment for a child.
I am an only child and come from a small family, but my parents are exceptionally loving, caring, and supportive. They are already very excited about this journey and are ready to be involved as present and engaged grandparents. The values I carry today come directly from how they raised me with empathy, fairness, honesty, and a strong focus on education, and these are the same values I intend to pass on to our child. My husband has a younger brother and, from an early age, took on a meaningful role in supporting him after the loss of their father, including contributing to his college education. He is deeply caring, responsible, and dependable in how he shows up for others. I am confident he will be a strong, present, and reliable role model for our child.
We are both in our mid-thirties and have built our careers with strong focus. Over the years, we progressed quickly in our respective fields, which brought a deep sense of fulfillment and stability. After investing significantly in our personal and professional development, we reached a point where we feel ready to expand our life and share what we have built with a child. One of our favorite parts of our relationship is exchanging ideas and supporting each other’s growth. We regularly share our own perspectives about each other's work, which helps us both continue to develop. We look forward to applying that same sense of partnership to raising our child. I am a clinical psychologist with two graduate degrees and executive education from Columbia Business School. I work as a Global Senior Director leading corporate wellbeing programs at a global technology company, combining clinical expertise with executive leadership. I was promoted to a Director role at the age of 30, which reflects strong performance and capability, and I also contribute to the field by speaking at conferences and symposiums. My husband is a co-founder of a digital marketing agency providing solutions to small and mid-sized businesses and has expanded his work into AI-based products. He holds a degree in Hospitality Management along with postgraduate certifications in digitalization. In addition to his work, he organizes events and fairs to build community around the products he develops. We are both hardworking and forward-thinking individuals who value continuous growth and giving back by sharing knowledge and experience.
Our work structures are flexible. I lead a global team and am in a position to delegate and manage my time effectively. My husband, as a business owner, has the flexibility to adjust his schedule as needed. This allows us to coordinate our time intentionally and adapt to our future child’s needs. We both work from home and will be able to provide a stable, engaging, and nurturing environment. Our plan is to care for our child ourselves in the early years until school begins. We also have strong family support, with parents who are willing and ready to help us in this transition, and my parents are willing to live nearby to actively support childcare while we work. At this stage, we are planning for one child; however, depending on how my body responds and how we adjust to parenthood, we are open to welcoming more children in the future.
We are both Canadian citizens and relocated to [State] at the end of 2023 through my role. We initially moved on an L1 visa, which reflects a high level of professional trust. Within six months, we were sponsored for a green card. We have Caucasian heritage and European roots. We have now established our lives in the United States while maintaining strong ties to Canada and Europe, where we travel regularly to visit friends and extended family. Since 2020, we have traveled to many countries together, including France, Greece, Italy, Monaco, Germany, the Netherlands, Ireland, and Scotland (where we got engaged). Other than traveling, we enjoy hiking, spending time outdoors, going to the beach, listening to music, and spending time with friends. We also enjoy discovering new restaurants. These are the ways we connect and recharge together.
We lead an active lifestyle and value physical and mental wellbeing. We regularly go to the gym, play tennis and pickleball, and follow sports together. Maintaining a healthy and enjoyable lifestyle is important to us, and we look forward to creating future memories as a family. For example, we already have plans to attend the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles. We are also mindful about healthy eating. We regularly prepare meals at home and enjoy the process together. My husband is a very skilled cook, and I often take on the role of sous chef. He has a natural talent for music and plays guitar, drums, and several other instruments. He also has a strong affinity for audio and regularly listens to audiobooks and podcasts. He is also a professional photographer. I have a strong interest in art, especially painting, sculpture, and interior design. I also enjoy thrifting and finding pieces that carry a sense of history. We live in a well-designed apartment in [State], in a safe, family oriented, and green neighborhood about 10 minutes from the beach. We have a close and supportive group of friends, and we see them as an important part of the environment our child will grow up in.
Last but not least, we would like to share a bit about our dog. She is 13 years old and a central part of our lives. I adopted her when she was just 30 days old, and she has been with me ever since. She has a unique personality, independent yet incredibly loving and friendly. She brings a strong sense of warmth to our home. She is a white, fluffy, mid-sized Maltese Poodle mix, and even in her senior years, she still has a puppy like face. We look forward to welcoming our future child and spending time together as a family with our dog.
Thank you for taking the time to read our story and consider us as your embryo recipient. We approach this process with respect and a strong sense of responsibility. Our intention is to provide our future child with a stable, loving, and supportive environment where they can grow with confidence, security, and care.We recognize the significance of this decision and the trust it requires.
If we are matched, we will honor that trust and ensure the child’s wellbeing remains at the center of everything we do.If there is anything we have not covered here, we are open to providing additional information and answering any questions.
With Warmth
