Hello,
Thank you so much for taking the time to review our application and for your consideration as potential embryo adoptive parents for your children. Here is a
little bit about ourselves and our family.
My name is [Her name], my husband’s name is [His name], and we have been
blessed through IVF with 3 amazing children. Our two oldest boys are in 3rd grade and are twins. Our youngest son is 5 and is getting ready to start kindergarten next year. We have been married for 13 years and live in a beautiful home. [His name] is a journeyman as has been working in sheet metal for 15 years. I work for an eye doctor in the medical billing department. In our spare time we love spending time outdoors. Our boys love to swim, ride bikes, play basketball, and go for walks. We have a 7 month old golden retriever puppy that keeps our family very busy and entertained. Her name is Sunburst and we love spending time with her outdoors. We enjoy watching movies as a family and snuggling on the couch. We are an active family during the summer and enjoy going camping and exploring nature. Wespend a lot of time going to fairs, festivals and staying busy with sports, 4-H, and church activities. Faith and religion is very important to us as we attend church regularly and our boys go to Sunday school.
In 2010 we got married in hopes to start our family within a year after marriage. After two years of no success and feeling completely defeated and heartbroken we decided that it was time to see a specialist. The doctor told us that we had less than a 1% chance of ever conceiving on our own. In our hearts we knew it was time to go a different route if we wanted a family, so we decided on IVF. Thanks to IVF
in 2014 we were blessed with healthy twin boys, and were very fortunate as it only took one cycle. Our family was finally starting to take shape and come together. Four years later we were blessed with another healthy boy through IVF. This time it was a frozen embryo transfer that was successful the first time.
God has blessed us over and over again with 3 beautiful boys and we are beyond thankful for these precious gifts. We are looking to expand our family through embryo adoption and hoping that our family is what you are looking for. Thank you so much for your consideration.

To whom it may concern
My wife and I have known J and T for about 15 years. We have known J for over 20 years. We have been with them through thick and thin. They have always been very nice and helpful to us as we to them. There aren’t enough kind words to say about them. We were there the whole way through the birth of their twins, and their third child. We supported them every step of the way, because we knew they would be very good parents. Anytime their children need anything they’re there for them. The children have been taught to be respectful and very helpful. They all have their chores to do around the house and that’s great that they teach them that.
They are very active with their children. Teach them right from wrong in this incredibly rough society we live in right now. My wife and I help them as much as we possibly can anytime they need it as far as watching the boys if they’re sick so they can work and provide for their family.
I know they would love to expand their family and have enough love left to share with an additional child. Their whole family are very caring. They always do extracurricular activities asmuch as they possibly can. We also love being involved with those activities. From going on vacation with them to soccer or basketball games. So, in a nutshell, I wholeheartedly believe they would be a great fit is to love and take care of an additional child in their lives. J is my brother in law and I have known him for over 11 years. Since I have known J, he has always been willing to do anything that he can to help support and take care of his family. The children look up to their parents dearly. They look to them for love and guidance through life and they are always there for them. Both T and J are amazing parents to their three boys. They are not afraid to lean on each other when things get challenging or ask for help. They both put their children first in their relationship and are always working on ways to help their children grow and learn.
T and J are ready to complete their family. They have built a beautiful life for their threeboys filled with love and many memories. I cannot think of a couple that is more perfect for this new and exciting adventure.
