As some context:
My grandparents on my mom's side had health conditions mainly due to the fact that they both smoked.
My grandma on my dad's side, on the other hand, lived to be 108 (1916-2024) and was in pretty good shape until the end. Most of my dad's side shows similar longevity so far.
My dad has RA (he's 79). My mom passed away from Leukemia a few years ago.

Non-Professional - Generally athletic, running (incl 5ks), surfing, comedy (performing and writing), "book smarts", I suppose, passable at axe throwing!
Professional - Degrees in Computer Engineering and Law, experience as Patent Attorney, Editor, Patent Examiner
Interests: Travel (especially for unique "heights" experiences), comedy, sports, reading, outdoor experiences (surfing, skiing, whitewater rafting, hiking, etc.)
