INTRO LETTER
Hello, we are a very hopeful family, and we are insanely blessed and in awe that we even get a chance to write a letter to hopefully add into our family. I am 32, and my husband is 34. My husband is active duty in the United Stated Air Force, and I am a Deputy Coroner so I definitely have the cooler job. My husband is Bosinan, and when he was three his mother and him made the journey to America to escape a civil war. When he became a US citizen, he always knew he wanted to serve the country that allowed him to grow up in a war free zone. He joined as soon as he was able to and we met at one of his duty stations. A little about us, we have such serious jobs that when we are home and together we enjoy laughing, being silly, cracking jokes, and pulling pranks on each other. We know life is short so we don't bring work stress home with us, we use our house as a fun, decompression, relaxed zone. We love sitting at home on Saturdays during football season, grilling, playing darts and cornhole in our back yard. During the summer months we always plan family vacations, and we enjoy exploring with our dogs. We have two Golden Retrievers and they are very sweet and we take them everywhere. They adjust well to different environments, and absolutely love childern. We have no doubt they will make perfect best friends for our childern. We love gardening my husband has a green thumb. Every year we plan something for us to do together to cross off our bucket list. The plan has always been to include our childern in crossing off bucket list items. We want them to see as much as the world with us to not only build memories but to encourage new experiences. We love going to local farmer's market, local coffee shops, and going to car shows. In 2019 we started our journey to becoming parents. After almost two years trying naturally we knew we needed help. We started with 4 rounds of IUI, and then moved to IVF. They discovered I was resistant to medication so they gave me an intense round IVF. We were filled with so much excitment. During the retrieveral process it was found I have a jumping ovary. That means they when they went to retrieve my follicles from the right side my ovary would move making it unsafe to retrieve. After only retrieving follicles from the left, and the seven day long wait we found out that only one made it. We were thrilled that we had a fighter. We implanted and we got pregnant! After 6 weeks I started bleeding, and it led me to the first miscarriage. We were heartbroken, confused, and out of chances. I were able to send out our little one for testing and found out she had a small extra chromosome. We met with a geneticist and discovered that I could pass down this extra chromosome with any child. My husband and I decieded that we would not use my eggs at that point and since he had low sperm count we just opted to not use his sperm either. After a few months of healing it was decided that we will try again but this time we were doing donor embryo. This wasn't a hard chioce for us, we know some couples struggle but we just want to be called mom and dad it made zero difference to us if they were blood relatated. We found a profile we liked and moved forward, two long weeks later I was pregnant. We were thrilled and we just knew this would work. At the 6 week mark again I had another miscarriage, we were devasted again, mixed with lots of confusion. I sent our little one out for testing and found that she was perfect so we ran more test on me. They then discovered that I have a blood clotting disorder that only occurs when I am pregnant. This disorder could be sending micro blood clots to the baby. Thankfully it can be treated with blood thinners, and close monitioring. However after this second loss we decieded to take some time off and we will be going to Alaskan cruise in June of 2025. We know and believe things happen for a reason, so we have to believe that there is a reason even if we don't understand. Here we are now, asking for help in starting a family we have a lot of love, we have many adventures planned with our little ones. We have faith that this journey isn't over for us, we know it isn't. That being said let me share some details about our extended family. I come from a rather large family. I am very close with my sister's we talk at least once a day. We get together once a year and do sister photo shoot. Family gathering are almost always at our house, if they aren't at our house then we usually rent a huge cabin in TN. There is a family tradition that the youngest in the family gets to pass out gifts around the Chrismas tree. The youngest also usually helps say grace around the Thanksgiving table. There is another tradition of helping my grandmother plant flowers in her yard. My sisters and I have memories of planting flowers and thats something she continues when we have little ones enter the family. My husband and I plan to start a lot of new ones when we have childern while still sticking to older tradition. Since we are a military family we do move and when we move we make sure to get a house that has plenty of space to hold extended family. We understand the importance of family, but we also have such an incredible support of friends from across the United States. We know that it takes a village, and thats what we have. They might not be down the road, but they all over rooting for us, and they will always be there for any childern we have. We know you are searching for the best so we hope that you give us the privilege of being called mom and dad. Thank you for getting to know us.

To whom it may concern,
We are writing to wholeheartedly recommend my sister, Kristen Rovcanin, and her husband, Remzo Rovcanin, for your adoption program. As their family members and a close observer of their lives, I can confidently attest to their exceptional qualities as individuals and as a couple who would make loving and supportive parents.
Kristen is one of the kindest people we know. Her warmth and compassion extend beyond our family and into her community, where she actively supports friends and neighbors in times of need. She has a natural ability to connect with people of all ages, making those around her feel valued and cared for. Her organizational skills ensure that she can balance her many commitments, always being timely and prepared for any situation that arises.
Remzo, my brother-in-law, complements Kristen beautifully with his intelligence and practical skills. He is exceptionally handy, often taking on projects that improve their family home and helping others with their repairs. His problem-solving skills are impressive, and he approaches challenges with a calm demeanor that reassures those around him. Remzo’s loving nature is evident in the way he interacts with Kristen and our family; he is always supportive and encouraging, displaying a depth of caring that is truly inspiring.
When Kristen and Remzo went through two miscarriages, we grieved and shared their sorrow with them while still giving them the space they needed. The heartache she felt was compounded by the belief that she hadn’t yet proven herself as a mother, despite the deep love she held for her daughters. I have always believed that their journey couldn’t end with grief. I know that, through this program, their hopes and prayers can be answered. I know that she is going to be a wonderful mother to her child and her husband a wonderful father.
Throughout their time together, along with raising two dogs of their own, we have witnessed their deep commitment to one another. We are confident that they extend this same dedication and affection to their future children and encourage them to express themselves in the same way. Through their shared values, Kristen and Remzo create a nurturing environment that is perfect for raising children, emphasizing the importance of education, kindness, and support in all that they do—principles that have undoubtedly shaped their parenting style.
We believe that Kristen and Remzo will provide a secure and loving home for any child placed in their care. Their emotional maturity, coupled with their genuine desire to foster a supportive and enriching environment, makes them ideal candidates for adoption. We are excited for the opportunity they have to give their child the loving home they deserve and to share their values with them.
Their home is one filled with love, laughter, and a sense of stability.
Thank you for considering their application. We have every confidence that Kristen and Remzo will excel in their journey as parents, and we wholeheartedly support their desire to grow their family. If you have any further questions or need additional information, please feel free to reach out to us.
Warm regards,
Kendall and Ethan Brandao-Holmes

To Whom This May Concern:
My name is Lois Bell, and I would like to introduce you to a special couple, our granddaughter Kristen and her husband Remzo Rovcanin. Kristen and Remzo are but two in a sea of candidates seeking assistance to realize their dream of having their family. But they are ours and very important to us.
My husband and I had the privilege of living close to our grandchildren when they were growing up. We have watched with pride Kristen’s transformation from a child to the amazing woman she is today. She knew from the time she was little that she wanted a big family. Growing up, she thrived on the laughter and love she found in the multigenerational interactions of large and extended families. She was 9 when her first sister was born and 12 with the next. Being the big sister seemed a role she was meant to play and to this day a role she comfortably wears. Kristen had a huge influence on her sisters during their teens and into their adult years earning their trust with her unconditional love. She listened, supported and encouraged them, but also expected responsibility and accountability for their actions. She taught them the importance of recognizing and setting healthy boundaries in their relationships and stressed the gift of financial responsibility and self-care. When they moved out on their own, she was there to help them set up and care for their home.
In Remzo, she found a partner who shared her view that families are a big part of a full and well lived life. Both have good jobs, are respected and successful in their chosen careers. They also share a belief of supporting community activities and giving back by participating in service opportunities. They married, bought their home and prepared for the family they wanted.
It is said that it takes a big heart to shape little minds. These two individuals have the biggest hearts with so much love to give and share. Yet, pregnancy
has been an emotional and difficult journey of loss for them. Their willingness to reach out for help speaks to their commitment to having their own family.
My husband and I are confident in our belief that Kristen and Remzo, given the opportunity, would be wonderful parents. Their house is the home our families gather for celebrations, holidays or just to hang out. Their home would be a wonderful place to grow up in.
We sincerely appreciate your consideration of Kristen and Remzo as candidates for the embryo Donation.

To Whom This May Concern:
My name is Chris Bell, and I would like to introduce you to a special couple, my daughter Kristen and her husband Remzo Rovcanin. Kristen and Remzo have been looking to start a family of their own for a couple years now, and I can’t wait for that day to finally arrive for them.
I had the honor of adopting Kristen when she was 7 years old, and haven’t looked back since. Kristen has blossomed into an incredibly caring, intelligent woman, and I’m so proud as a father of who she’s become. She has a strong determination in her that has fueled her success growing up, and led her to Remzo. I was proud to call Remzo my son-in-law as I watched them take that next step in life.
Kristen has 2 younger sisters, 9yrs and 12yrs apart. She naturally took to filling a motherly role as their older sister, and has provided guidance and love as only a big sister can. She has been a role model to them as they grew up through her actions and has had a great influence on them, and a constant confidant. There are so many examples of her seemingly natural maternal instincts, and is part of the reason why I know she would be perfect for consideration into this program.
Remzo took Kristen into his life and they have grown together through both of their lives. They want to continue their journey by becoming parents, and have struggled with traditional methods, while not letting their loss sway them from trying. It takes great courage to ask for help, and Kristen and Remzo are deserving of this opportunity.
I am confident in my belief that Kristen and Remzo, given the opportunity, would be amazing parents. Their house is the home our families gather for
celebrations, holidays or just to hang out. Their home would be a wonderful place to grow up in.
I truly appreciate your consideration of Kristen and Remzo as candidates for the embryo donation.
