Tell us about your children. What do they like to do for fun?

Our children are homeschooled and enjoy being together. They are amazing, unique individuals and have wonderful personalities and genuinely love each other. They are very active in sports, swimming, horseback riding, biking, soccer, basketball, and ballet. Our kids love music and play different instruments. They also enjoy playing board games and card games.
In our neighborhood, the kids have hosted events and invited neighbors to participate for special holidays and celebrations. At these events they also have raised funds for local and international causes through making and offering baked goods, drinks, etc. for donation. We are very proud of them and thankful that they are motivated in love for one another, their parents and others.

INTRO LETTER

Dear Donor Family,

Thank you for your strength, your generosity, and for taking the time to get to know our family. We can only imagine how personal and emotional this journey is for you, and we want you to know how deeply we honor the significance of this connection. We know that behind every gift of life there is a story, and we are grateful to be able to share ours with you.

We live with our four amazing kids in a home that is filled with energy, laughter, love and lots of fun. We are a tight-knit family that believes in the power of togetherness. Our days are full—often noisy, sometimes busy—but always grounded in care, intentionality, and love.

One of the most meaningful parts of our family dynamic is the wife's role as a stay-at-home mother. She loves this calling and pours her whole heart into raising and teaching our kids. We homeschool, which gives her the opportunity to spend focused, quality time with each child every day. She creates a warm, structured, and engaging environment where our children can grow in both knowledge and confidence. Whether she’s leading a science experiment at the kitchen table, reading a stack of picture books on the couch, or planning a hands-on history project, she does it all with so much grace.

The husband is self-employed with a job that he truly enjoys and one that provides a stable income and flexible schedule. His work allows him to be present for his kids’ lives—he’s there to play sports with them, to help with homework, and to be there for bedtime stories and morning breakfasts. We’ve always believed that parenting is about presence and attention, and we structure our life around being the kind of parents who are involved, intentional, supportive, and hands-on. Together we strive to create an environment where every child knows they are deeply loved, seen, and heard.

Our home is a place where kids are free to be themselves. We have regular movie nights with popcorn and sleeping bags spread across the living room, board game showdowns that get surprisingly competitive, and spontaneous dance parties in the kitchen while dinner is cooking. We also have Lego building marathons, music making fun, and family walks to the park or pool. We believe in celebrating life’s little moments, and we make time every evening to sit down and eat dinner together as a family without distractions. We ask each person at the table to share their “Cherish” and “Challenge” of the day and focus on connecting in community with each other.

Holidays are especially sacred in our house. Christmas is a season-long celebration filled with traditions like baking cookies, decorating the tree with ornaments we’ve collected over the years, and reading the Nativity story together by candlelight. On Easter, we gather for worship and reflect on Christ’s sacrifice and resurrection. In the fall, we go all out for Halloween with family costumes and pumpkin carving, and Thanksgiving is a time of reflection, with each of us sharing what we’re most grateful for around the table and we give thanks to God for His provision. These moments aren’t just fun—they’re the glue that binds us together.

Our journey to grow our family has included both joy and hardship. We have experienced the emotional and physical challenges of multiple IVF treatments—seasons of hope, heartbreak, and resilience. Through that journey, we were incredibly blessed with the successful birth of our fourth child, an experience that deepened our appreciation for the miracle of life and the many ways it can come into the world. These experiences have shaped our hearts and made us more compassionate, more grateful, and more open to the beautiful, diverse paths that lead to parenthood.

Adoption has been a calling on our hearts since we were first married. We believe that family is built on love and faith, and we trust in God's perfect plan to grow our family. Our children are also excited at the idea of welcoming a new sibling/s and have already begun praying for the child/children who will one day join us. We know how sacred the gift of life is, and we are committed to honoring that in every way possible.

There is space here—physical, emotional, and spiritual—for a child to grow, thrive, and be cherished. We are not perfect parents, but we are patient, devoted, and fiercely loving. We believe in hugs and honesty, in listening and guiding with grace, and in creating a life where a child can feel safe to discover who God made them to be.

Thank you again for considering us. I hope this letter gives you a small glimpse into who we are and the life we can offer another child/children. Whatever your path forward, please know that your decision is honored with the deepest respect, and we hold you in our prayers as you walk through this journey.

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to express my wholehearted and unequivocal support for this couple as prospective adoptive parents. I first came to know them through my son, who was involved in the college ministry program they led. His overwhelmingly positive experience with them during those formative years led to a lasting friendship between our families—one that we continue to cherish to this day.

Over the years, I have had the pleasure of observing this couple in a variety of settings, from casual social gatherings to more formal family events. In every instance, I have been impressed by the intentional and loving attention they give to their children. They create countless opportunities for growth and learning, encouraging their children to care for others and to engage in meaningful activities that foster responsibility and creativity.

Their children participate in everything from animal care and entrepreneurial ventures to music instruction and social correspondence, where proper penmanship and thoughtful communication are emphasized. They also plan and host beautifully organized events—including teas, birthday celebrations, and Regency Balls—designed to make others feel welcomed and loved. These are not just activities, but thoughtful expressions of a home culture built on kindness, service, and inclusion.

They are hands-on, deeply engaged parents whose children reflect their nurturing guidance. Their children are a joy to be around: well-adjusted, respectful, kind, and confident. The parents have created a loving, stable, and enriching home with dedication and consistency.

In addition to being emotionally mature and financially secure, they approach the adoption process with great thoughtfulness and clarity. They understand the responsibility they are undertaking and are fully prepared to welcome a child into their home with unconditional love, patience, and wisdom.

I offer my strongest recommendation for this couple as adoptive parents. They possess all the qualities that define exceptional parenting, and any child welcomed into their home will be truly blessed.

Sincerely,

Friend of the Adoptive Parents

REFERENCE LETTER 2

To Whom It May Concern,

It is a true pleasure to recommend this caring, loving, and thoughtful couple. They are people of deep character whose lives clearly reflect their Christian faith. This is evident in the way they consistently treat others—with kindness, compassion, humility, and a genuine desire to serve.

As parents of four children, they are nurturing, patient, and intentional. Their home is filled with love, stability, and a strong sense of purpose. They raise their children with wisdom and grace, creating an environment where each child feels safe, valued, and supported.

I have every confidence that they would welcome an adopted child with the same unconditional love and care they show to their own children. Their hearts are open, and they have so much to offer a child in need of a forever home.

I wholeheartedly recommend them and believe they would be a true blessing to any child placed in their care.

Sincerely,

Family Member of Adoptive Parents

To Whom It May Concern:

It has been my great privilege over the past several years to not only be neighbors with this remarkable family but also to become close friends. I am writing to offer my wholehearted endorsement of their desire to become adoptive parents.

This family currently consists of four extraordinary children, ranging in age from 17 to 4. The parents provide a nurturing, structured, and loving home environment that enables their children to thrive emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually.

Their eldest daughter, now 17, runs her own successful rabbit-rescue—an impressive accomplishment made possible by the steadfast support and encouragement of her parents. Their 14-year-old son has been an incredible help to me personally, assisting with tasks ranging from lawn care to interior painting. He approaches every project—whether familiar or entirely new—with responsibility, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic. Their 9-year-old daughter is one of the most empathetic and kind-hearted children I have ever known. She is generous, thoughtful, and always eager to help. The youngest, a vibrant 4-year-old, is inquisitive, energetic, and displays a maturity beyond her years.

I highlight these children because they are a direct reflection of the strong, capable, and loving parenting they have received. This couple leads with both conviction and compassion. They embody the values they teach—providing guidance with grace, discipline with understanding, and love with consistency. Their home is grounded in Judeo-Christian principles, where Scripture is not only studied but lived out through daily acts of kindness, service, and integrity.

There is no doubt in my mind that they will provide a safe, stable, and enriching home for any child they welcome through adoption. I cannot think of more deserving or capable candidates to become adoptive parents than this warm, compassionate, and deeply devoted couple.

Sincerely,

Friend and Neighbor of adoptive parents
